Ordering Method


Ordering by Phone

To place an order by phone call (888) 822-8282 to speak to an Oro Club Sales Associate. Be sure to have your Oro Club catalog or promotion ready (or mention if you saw it on ur website) with the jewelry/product item number. Sales Associate will varify order and price and confirm method of payment and shipping option, and give you an estimated time of arrival.

Sales invoice will be shipped with order. When order is received be sure to double check your order against the sales invoice.


Method of Payment

Credit Card through PayPal

All credit card payments are processed securely by PayPal (Online orders).
Cash on Delivery is available for phone-in orders only. A money order or cashiers check must be ready when FedEx delivers order. It must be in the exact amount as the invoice or FedEx will not deliver. Be advised to be available on delivery date with Money Order/Cashiers Check and expect delivery between 8am to 6pm on scheduled day of delivery.

Shipping


All Oro Club orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via FedEx. We offer the following three methods of FedEx delivery:

Next Day All orders taken today will be shipped ot the following day and received the day after.
2nd Day Orders are delivered two (2) days after shipping date.
Saturday Orders are shipped on Friday for Saturday delivery.

General Shipping Information

All orders are subject to credit and address varification. For your protection, all FedEx shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.

You will be notified if merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order by calling our customer service department at sales@oroclub.com.

All rings are shipped in their standard size (7 for ladies and 10 for men) unless a specific ring size is selected.

Rejected FedEx shipments: If after two attempts FedEx is unable to deliver, package is returned to Oro Club and shipping is charged to account. After two rejected packages, Oro Club will not take future orders unless payment is made on previous shipping charges for rejected/undelivered packages.


Order Status


You may check the status of your order at any time by logging on to your account and going to order status page. Or calling customer service for assistance.

For security reasons we will not disclose tracking numbers to our customers until package has been signed for. Please understand our need to provide our customers with the best privacy and security.

Pricing


We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. All prices listed are in US dollars.

Oro Club also reserves the right to change prices at any time. Due to the fluctuating price of gold it may result in a price change on merchandise featured on our Website and promotional sales material


Return Policy


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Customer can return Oro Club merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost.

Always remember to inspect your order for damages and report to customer service within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.
Merchandise returned to Oro Club is defined as:
Customer purchased products that they no longer want and returned them to Oro Club for a full refund or credit on their account less shipping cost.

Products that may not be returned to Oro Club:

Earrings - due to health regulations all earring sales are final.
Personalized Items - jewelry that has been personalized (engraving, birthstones etc.) may not be returned.
Opened Fragrances - all fragrances that have been opened and tampered with may not be returned to Oro Club (unless damaged or broken during shipping).

Promotional gifts not returned with merchandise will be deducted from customer's account.

Returned merchandise for a full refund: If merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase you are eligible to receive a full cash refund (if no items are damaged). If items are damaged by customer, or items that are not returnable (see list above) customer will only receive partial refund.

Returned merchandise for credit on account: Orders received between 31-60 days of purchase (with no damages) are only eligible to receive credit on their account. Items returned between 61-180 will receive 60% credit on account.

Returns received over 180 days after purchase will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer at their expense.
