1. IS GOLD GUARANTEED?
All our gold is guaranteed in writing on each invoice with a 14k stamp of authenticity.
2. HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
Call your representative, have your customer number ready and your order organized by code number of each part.
3. WHEN DOES MY ORDER ARRIVE?
*For Saturday delivery, ask your representative if there is availability in your area. Some delays may occur due to the weather.
4. HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
Make sure you are eligible for a return. Merchandise that is not eligible is described in our return policies section. Contact your representative to start the process.
5. ARE DIAMONDS GUARANTEED?
All of our diamond items come with a warranty certificate.
All prices in this catalog are based on the value of gold in international markets. Oro Club will reasonably protect its clients from market fluctuations. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Unused parts that are in perfect condition will be accepted.
Cannot be changed: custom pieces, custom orders, used items, or exaggerated size changes.
Oro Club garments will be accepted, as long as they are unused and have not been altered. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns of earrings, by order of the Department of Health. Returns of personalized, discontinued or used items will not be accepted.
All of our jewelry is made with 14K gold. Our Quality Control department inspects each piece and each package before it is shipped. If you find any irregularities, call your representative within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
For your convenience, Oro Club will make repairs on damaged or broken merchandise. Only items purchased from Oro Club are eligible for repair. Some fees may apply, contact your representative for more information.
