Returns and Exchanges


Customer can return Oro Club merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost.

Always remember to inspect your order for damages and report to customer service within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.
Merchandise returned to Oro Club is defined as:
Customer purchased products that they no longer want and returned them to Oro Club for a full refund or credit on their account less shipping cost.

No charge repair, on watches that are returned within 30 days of being bought as long as they have not been damaged by the customer. If the watches have more than 30 days after being purchased, and need repair, the customer must contact the manufacturer who will give information on where they can take the watch to be repaired. After revising they will determine if it was factory defect or damage caused by the customer.

Perfumes may be returned if unopened and in its original condition, including original packaging and original seals within 30 days of receipt.

Products that may not be returned to Oro Club:
Earrings - due to health regulations all earring sales are final.
Personalized Items - jewelry that has been personalized (engraving, birthstones etc.) may not be returned.
Opened Fragrances - all fragrances that have been opened and tampered with may not be returned to Oro Club (unless damaged or broken during shipping).

Promotional gifts not returned with merchandise will be deducted from customer's account.

Returned merchandise for a full refund: If merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase you are eligible to receive a full cash refund (if no items are damaged). If items are damaged by customer, or items that are not returnable (see list above) customer will only receive partial refund.

Returned merchandise for credit on account: Orders received between 31-60 days of purchase (with no damages) are only eligible to receive credit on their account. Items returned between 61-180 will receive 60% credit on account.

Returns received over 180 days after purchase will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer at their expense.
